How safe is the neighborhood on the northeast side of Columbus? (43229)

Please visit the Columbuspolice.org website to inquire on crime stats. It really depends on the area you are specifically referring to. There are good areas and there are bad on the NE corridor of Columbus in the 43229 zip code. If you would like to ask about a particular neighborhood, feel free to contact me.

I would say as a whole, crime is higher in the area south of Cooke Road, east of 71 over to Easton. Karl Road between Schrock and Cooke has been hit hard recently with crime in the Forest Park area specifically.
