It used to be a very nice complex and still very decent from what I've heard. It isn't in the best area, but it is gated and there is always a security guard at the front at night. I was looking at an apartment there a few years ago. Seems very clean and the one apartment they had available at the time was gone w/in 24hrs. So it must be desirable. I know someone who lives there, and she has been there for about 5 years and she says there are a lot of long term tenants.

Yes, they are right off of College Ave. South of Livingston right before you hit Refugee Rd.

Thumbs down Never Never Never Rent at This PLACE!!!!!!!!

I was just there this week at Water's Edge Luxury Apartments located at 2500 Waters Edge Blvd, and had a less than thrilling experience with the slender Blonde property manager, she is a total jerk and dumb as a box of rocks. Beyond the rudeness, and she was very snobby to say the least, there are constant helicopters flying overhead, police sirens, and a very active train line that runs straight through there so its a very noisy and bothersome area. There are FAR better places to rent from than this place, in fact a lot cheaper in better locations as the area is not that good in the first place, with more amenities and a staff that treats potential tenants with respect. Stay away from this place, looks can be deceiving. I had a friend who lived there prior to this current property manager and that was why I stopped by, now I wish I never did. Are you serious? Rent from this place NO WAY!!!!!!!! Not worth the hassle, thanks to the property manager.
