Powell has it all! Yes, and mostly gridlock traffic. I moved from Central Ohio about two years ago and I remember Powell Road being a nightmare.

I've lived in Dubllin and Hilliard. I'm a graduate of Dublin City schools and have lots of family that still live in Dublin including some nephews in elementary. I would stick with Dublin because of the school system. It's very good, better than Hilliard, IMO. I would stay on the west side of the river, try to look in any of the neighborhoods off Avery Rd (before you get Muirfield Village) or off Coffman Rd (Shannon Park, Hemingway Village, Indian Run Meadows) near Dublin Coffman High School.
