I run windows vistas on my old computer and am unable to delete some files from my program files. When I go to do so I get a promt to continue then another promt to continue then it tells me I need permission to perform this action. Thing is, I am the only user on the computer and am the admin so why does it state I need permission to add/remove files from my program files?

I think (just guessing here) you are being prompted but you can still perform the deletion. I think I've seen this. You can do it, you may have to enter you login and password, but you can do it. It might just be a built in safety feature. Maybe it can be disabled somehow. Google it, someone has probably already asked.
