I have an older Dell Studio laptop (I know, beast right?) I used to have a touchpad icon in my notifications bar, but its gone now. My scroll up/down and left/right stopped working and now when I go to Mouse settings the touchpad ettings aren't there anymore. I remember checking the settings a long time ago so they were there at one point. I would like my settings back too because my touchpad is set to slow, it takes a good 5 swipes to get across the screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I suspect you updated the driver? Windows has a bad habit of installing drivers as part of its windows updates that don't always work like they should. Mouse-pads and audio seem to be the two most common that I've run into.
