Thanks to the help here at CD, I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with Win 7 and like it. However, the keyboard and mouse are super sensitive and I have looked in the controls for Keyboard and found nothing that could make it less so. In other computers I have had, there was settings to adjust that. I have thought about a wireless mouse but not sure that would help that much. It just seems that the cursor does weird things like jumping around, highlighting lines, and even deleting whole messages. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, :-)
I ran into this problem (crazy cursor) and it was caused by my palm hitting the touchpad while I'm typing. Disable the touchpad and see if that's the case.

Wow! did a quick Inet search and there are many people complaining about the same thing you are...
You went to control panel, devices and settings, mouse and did you get [something like] this window?
Yes, I did. But I didn't see anything that looked like what we have been talking about. Thanks for your response, CC :-)
