usually y pcs last me roughly 7-10 years(granted some parts die and I replace them, but usually the mobo lasts and so does the ram)
anyways right now itll be mostly multitasking with word, brwosers, some coding and gaming. nothing intense, but id like to future proof it for the next 8 years or so.
I know lga 2011 (x99 chipset) is more expensive. your opinions?
Well for budget reasons I went 1150. Picked up an ssd and hrs 970 card and 16gb of ram and another 1tb he drive for less than the 2011.
