If you can learn how to repair a laptop, then that can give you near freedom to own any laptop, upgrade it, and repair it at your will! Plus buy used laptops for cheap to upgrade them!

But I did buy a latest DECKED OUT 2015 Yoga 3 Pro with 4 year Warranty with Accident Protection. The only laptop I had with a TOUCHSCREEN! I bought it especially for touchscreen! And the screen cracked! So I had Lenovo replace my Yoga 3 Pro, but they messed up big time with nearly a 3 month repair wait! So to compensate me for my great inconvenience, they replaced my entire laptop and upgraded it to a decked out Lenovo 900 i7 6560U with 1 TB ssd and 16gb DDR4 !! TOTALLY AWESOME !!!

I know of no laptop that can be upgraded beyond storage - memory or ssd/hdd. Even here, many have hard wired memory and ssd chips, so scrap those. That leaves the few with an accessible HDD. Some are not even accessible, since they're glued in place.

You should read the ifixit reports before you jump to conclusions about repairability, much less upgradeability.

Yea, I don't get this dude at all. Obviously a long time member, otherwise I'd say "Spammer".
Not even sure what the first paragraph has to do with the 2nd.

"I can repair any laptop!"
ok...
"But when mine broke I sent it in!!!"
huh?!?!?!
