Which doesn't seem to be the case. On 10/28/16 I noticed something weird with my favorites bar on google chrome. Half my favorites disappeared, and were sent to (other bookmarks) Not a big deal, but while trying to retrieve photos from photobucket I keep getting a *couldn't load plugin* Photobucket has been a real pain for quite some time, so I signed up to another photo hosting site. What I found was the same problem when trying to download a photo. My guess is the problem is on my end, and for some odd reason am missing a critical plugin. Now the question is; What could that plugin be? Could it have something to do with flashplayer? I did a system restore yesterday to a date a month prior with zero results. I'm at a lose guyz. FYI both sites will let me upload, but not in the other direction. Hope this makes sense. Tecno whiz I am not.

Okay, just tried IE, and can download from there. So I'm having a Chrome problem?

Yes, I would suggest uninstalling it completely, restart your PC, and reinstall.
