Of course! This config cant make possibility comfort watching 2K/4K video on youtube for example and gaming modern PC games like a Witcher 3 high resolution.

I fail to understand why someone who only wants to surf the web would be concerned about having the hardware to play video games.

The chief feature of gaming machines is very high performance video subsystems, often dual card. Unless you actually do gaming, the investment in high end video is entirely wasted.

In the case of web browsing only, any external card is a waste on-board intel graphics will be more than enough. Coal and I are on the same page.

If you had said you also do video, then I'd say a separate graphics card is useful, since the right card can greatly speed up video rendering. But you didn't mention it.
