Apple: "Hey Siri, Remind me on May 2nd that I have a Dr appointment at 2pm"

Google: "Hey Google, remind me on May 2nd I have a Dr appointment at 2pm"

Both of these methods would pop a msg in your notifications.

Easy Peasy. Business Calendar Pro ($7) Windows 10 and Android.

In this app you can turn on/off user visibility. On hers turn off everyone she doesn't want to see. We've been using it for years. Very reliable.

Yes it gives notifications. "individual reminders with vibration, sounds, repetitions, intervals, LED"

There he is. I was going to suggest an app... there's always one...but don't have any experience with them.

Hey Tek. Good to "see" you.

Hey Tek. Good to "see" you.
Haven't visited much. Got tired of putting up with a-holes in the Las Vegas forum. They finally got a mod and the forum is basically dead. And being slapped for the same crap others get away with. Got totally soured with having to put up with it.

Updated on audible notifications for appointments...

Found another APP that sounds out events!

"To do List" made by Splend Apps.

This seems to work albeit a bit of work to make it work for my purpose, which is to sound out reminders.
The person who needs it has hearing problems and has the onset of dementia...

So I now make reminders, which repeat 6 times with 10 spaces (time delays) between each reminder and three spaces between each word.
It slows down the speech... Gives her time to listen to it a couple of times!
The reminders are coming thru Bluetooth into her hearing aids!

I usually know all her appointments for at least the following two weeks.
So I create audible reminders for those appointments and they will occur the day before, and 30 minutes before the appointment.

I still get visual reminders via my calender and hers...

The APP has repeating capability so "daily reminders" (Take your meds) will repeat every day, 5 minutes before she needs to take her meds.

Sure makes my life as a caretaker a bit easier!

Thanks to all who tried to help!

Now to contact the developer to ask for changes in program operation.
