yes. i googled how to send ideas to apple/microsoft but turns out they don't want any. i believe that my idea is VERY FUTURISTIC, and actually suits itouch or any PDA that uses touchscreen. anyone know how i can present my idea aND BE compensated for it?

Get a patent 1st then decide how to present it. That way your intellectual property is not stolen from under your nose.

Just my opinion:

share your idea with the open source community, and they'll get it implemented. You won't get paid for it, and Microsoft/Apple will probably copy the idea in the end anyway (if it's good), but you'll have the satisfaction of helping the world become a better place.
