If it wasn't bad enough that they were doling out mcafee, Comcast is now offering norton 360 as their free "security" app, and for Macs too so they can screw those up, I don't know whether to cry or raise my rates

If they really cared about their customers, they'd just give people a link to Microsoft Security Essentials.

I already have one computer clueless customer (on a Mac) wigging out because the notice he got from comcrap is recommending it and he doesn't have it. I told him to delete the message and go on about his day, and if he decides to install it he's on his own, don't call me for help.
