You should join a gym and crash a housewife gang. They all hang around there and do their activities.

Meetup.com is a good suggestion, and if you are anywhere near Hartford, join the Greater Hartford Jaycees. Knowing which town you are in could help us make suggestions.

try joining a gym, put an ad in a local forum, or try the online networking sites like Meet People | Make Friends | Drinking Partners, google 'meet new people' or 'make new friends' and the names of towns close to you and see what comes up, or create a flyer and mail drop houses in your area promoting a social or outing that you could organise

Gym, Spa and such activities help you in making new friends.
Even You can try A get together at your place for your neighbourhood, you can easily get friends and good terms with neighbours

Hi,

All suggestions are so good. I found very interesting in these posts. In my opinion you can join a group or you can take classes of school going students.

To find groups Meetup.com is the best option. You can't drive, So I suggest you to take driving classes.

Thanks
