recently my childs mother has started seeing a government official. we had communication until the day I met him. Once he came into the picture all comunication has stopped between my daughter and her mom. the guy has threatened me by saying if i dont talk to him about matters concerning my daughter or her mom that he would use his power in the court systym to screw me. i have filed contempt and remodifacation orders. my court date is feb 14th. i have reported him to his superiors and im awaiting an answer. this is what he said to me on my voice mail of my phone the day after he met me. he said" obviously you're a dumb mother f er. you call me in regards to your daughter or daughters mom. if you didn't get the message straight you're stupid son of a b. so you call me, you call either z** or a**** and your f ed, l already told you that you're f ed so don't try being a f ing hero. you call me and we talk otherwise let's play."this man that holds a high profile government job has broken the law, not to mention ethical standards, and moral standards. anyone have any suggestions.

Do you have a lawyer? If so is he/she aware of this? If not, you should probably get one. Also make sure you keep that message. Infact, make copies anad give one to friends for safe keeping. I understand you are mad but I also think there is more to this story than you say. Good luck, Jay

no money for a lawyer because I am disabled. I have multiple copies as I have already sent a copy to his superior. there is more to the story of course. i believe they are going to use the fact that i am bipolar and i had a mania attack in july even though i spent a weekend with my daughter at her moms house with her mom gone to work and we had no issues prior to meeting aag . at the first meeting i was threatened by him outside the diner where we met and was told by him to do as he says or he woud have it out for me in my dui case in court.
