Hi Everyone,

We have a 95 Mazda protege (manual) and something happened to it tonight.
We can only drive it on the first gear, anything higher than the first gear and it
won't speed up and it starts shaking.

Can anyone recommend a good and reliable mechanic in the Manchester area.
We need our car for Monday morning !!!

Thanks a whole bunch for your help!!

Hi guys,

Obviously don't have the same problem anymore .

Last time we went to Pepboys but I was wondering if anyone knew
of anyone local and not a chain that they trusted

So just bumping the thread to see if anyone has a recommendation for a mechanic in Manchester.

My mom used to take her Honda Civic to Ex-Per Tech on Middle Turnpike. They were always very nice and never overcharged her for anything,

It's not in Manchester but is semi-close...I can recommend Imported Auto in Glastonbury. Not cheap but they are no BS and always do the job right the first time.

Again, not Manchester, but D'addario's on Burnside in East Hartford has treated me very well. I trusted them with my "show car" and they were very communicative and honest. Stood by their work as well.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a family run business.

Hi there! We have used Gerich's more than once since arriving in CT in October of 2012. I think they are awesome, hands down professional, and they will be up front with you as well.

Good luck!
