Ok... New Euro takes away the 30"+ but shifts the 2 feet+ over Fairfield and New Haven.

At this point its just wait and watch..

Here's a look at the temps at the 5000' level. Basically if this level is above freezing it means Ice or rain or sleet (no snow).. Currently its way down south.. Lets see how much warm air pushes up with the storm that will come up the coast..

Yup.. This is going to be memorable AT LEAST.. if not historic for Boston area. Even parts of CT, RI, MA, NH too. Top 10 for sure Maybe Top 5.

Euro and NAM here. 977mb low right there? Cold enough for all snow and more importantly 1-2"+ liquid??

Upton real slow with winter storm warnings ....wonder why? No update yet either.

Look at the red banner at the top!!! I live in Worc. Ma., have for my entire 35 years of life(born 4 days after blizzard of 78') have seen a LOT of major snowstorms, ice storm 08' and lost power for weeks and was never scared of any of those and THIS time I am actually scared of a snowstorm!!!!

Everyone here had their phones go off announcing an Emergency Alert; Blizzard Warning; Avoid travel.

That's never happened before.
