I have signed up for the ACA healthcare via CT's website and received confirmation in (snail) mail.

I am under the impression that you have to make the first premium payment by Jan 10th. for the policy to be "in force". I haven't received any ID cards, policy info, nor a bill from the health insurance company yet, so it's not possible to make a payment.

Has anyone received a bill and/or policy documents?
