Can anyone provide recommendations for a home inspector around the Southbury/Woodbury/Middlebury area?

Thanks.

We have used Tiger Inspections several times, for owner occupied residential as well as rental properties (3-family) and have always been extremely pleased. They are very thorough. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and there will be no surprises after closing on a property if you use Tiger. Good luck!

I used Prochek out of Danbury. They were professional, competitively priced and very detailed in their work. This was my third house inspection and it was not even close, they were the best. Even came back right before closing to check mechanicals again at no extra cost.
