Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if any parks and such are
Going to be showing the US soccer match today
At 6:00 around the hartford area?

I mean if any of the towns are going to be setting
Up anything that the public can watch?

I know there are sports bars but prefer if there
was a place outside that would show the game.

Thanks

Most of The United States have no idea soccer exists. But I the best place to look would be The American Outlaws website. The have a list of viewing parties in most areas of the country.

I think you'd be surprised - when the US made it to the round of 8 a few world cups back, the TV ratings were about where they were for the World Series. Imagine if they had made it to the semifinals? Just because the sports media doesn't cover it, doesn't mean it's not popular.

Thanks everyone for answering. Espn is showing all the games, I just thought
it would be fun to watch outside with a crowd. I know some cities are doing
this.

what a horrible end to a game where the US outplayed Portugal for most of the match...

Much better result than a tie.All the USA and German teams need is a draw. Look for a slow paced game with not much risks being taken.
