Hi everyone!

I will be in the Norwalk area for a couple of days the first week of November. I do have the odd hobby of Tombstone touring and would like to find a couple of cemeteries to explore. Any recommendations of any that maybe have a link to notable people or historical events?

Other than that, I'm also looking for interesting places to visit. I've seen some online, but was wondering if anyone knew of anything else off the beaten path.

Thanks!

Marianela

One of the oldest and most famous cemeteries is in New Haven, a National Historic Landmark:

Grove Street Cemetery, New Haven, Connecticut, USA

There's also the crypt in the Center Church on the Green, which has some famous early Americans buried.

LOL. That's funny.

The only things I can think of in Norwalk are Stepping Stones and the Maritime Center. Both of which are kid oriented. There are some good restaurants too, but I don't tend to think of restaurants as something to "do."

SoNo gets old FAST. Other than that, Norwalk features two Walmart stores with parking lots full to 110% capacity and if you want, you can take a walk just south of SoNo if you want an authentic third world country vibe.

Holy limousine liberal statement---- helping you win elections yet you despise their existence.

Wrong. It's the fault of conservative economics and policies that result in rough economic areas of our cities across the nation. Therefore, my disdain toward such areas is justified.
