When I told some of my friends that I have this offer, their first reaction was, "omg...Waterbury is ghetto!"

Do it , yes it is ghetto for now but that is and will be changing within the years. Waterbury has some nice areas next to Watertown, my cousins live in Watertown and Waterbury. You have to give and take a little, also 45 hours a week? lol come try doing the work i do, bet you wouldnt last 1 week so be happy thats all you have to work

Don't waste your time trying to explain it. He probably "works" more than 45 hours now when you consider commuting time.

Can't vote on this one. "Please seek immediate psychiatric intervention" isn't listed.

Only 76 more posts to go. Unless the thread gets closed prior to 100.

I wish I only worked 45 hours a week. That would be a vacation.

Take the job in Waterbury, live in a nice quiet affordable surrounding town. Harwinton comes to mind. Easy commute down Rt.8.
