First we would need to know your budget, what you expect to get for your budget and the type of community you would like. Windsor itself has few apartments but many people that work in Windsor live in Manchester. There are a number of nice apartment complexes there. Jay

The commute from Rocky Hill to Windsor would be difficult. The OP's husband would have to drive through Hartford and that would not be unnecessarily long. Jay
