If you were to buy a Roku, there are channels you can add that include delayed streams of some local news. Also, Hulu plus has most network shows available with a one-day delay.
Not exactly an intuitive option. Something tells me that someone who is willing to switch to antenna probably wouldn't want to go through the trouble of installing, configuring, and setting up additional Kodi plugins.
I haven't tried it yet, but Sling TV looks like a good option. Also looks like it has local news, weather, and traffic as well.

A co-worker of mine just signed up for Sling TV because it was running some sort of sign up special. I'll have to ask her how she likes it.
BTW...You're right--if it doesn't work when I "plug it in" then I don't want to mess with it. I need a man with some serious skills (i.e. mechanical, electronic, carpentry, etc.) but that's a subject for another forum
We cut cable. We're running Sling on our Roku and get NBC live with that. We also have plenty of other channels as well as Netflix and prime. Works great for us!
I use PlayStation Vue, lacks NESN which sucks but I was done paying $170/mo to get none of the channels I would even watch.
