Yes. That is pretty much how it works. You can only rep another poster so many times during a certain period. Don't know the particulars though. JayCT, Moderator

My room mate in college was from Darien CT, he was extremely rich I am assuming it is rich even by CT standards lol.

Average home in Darien is 1.4 million dollars but you find cheap starter homes for $750,000

That is not too bad actually the town I grew up in Ohio was about the same.

Most expensive home is $175,000,000 million dollars, certain parts of town is average is 2.5-10 million, lower income part of town is $750,000-1.2 million. Welcome to rich part of Connecticut
