Lmao at Seattle being a world class city. The reality is this, the best thing that happened to Seattle in the last 10 years are an great deal of Latinos moved here and they opened up a lot of taco trucks. I have been here over 30 years. Its the same thing as ever but traffic locks you in your area unless you wait till 7pm or 730pm to avoid it. There are tons of homeless problems here and its very dirty overall.

I can sum it up for everyone. Move here for a tech job, but don't think the quality of life is going to be great for how much it costs here.

It is a very easy Google search - much easier than cherry picking on Zillow.

And yes, when we live in a state that has among the highest property tax rates in the nation, with stagnant growth and major financial issues, it is concerning. It should be to everyone.
