Has anyone heard anything about getting a monthly permit for the new (soon to be finished) Stamford Train Station Parking Garage?

I remember reading a while back that permit holders for the old garage would be grandfathered it, but I've yet to see (or receive) any communication about it?

Does anyone know anything about the monthly cost and/or when or how to get a permit?

Ah yes, good old fashioned cash-only Stamford parking garage. I'm surprised they don't ask for people to fax them. Or carrier pigeon.

I’m assuming that’s where the confusion arose from and led them to the CT Forum as a last resort.
Zillenials would be like “call??, what do they mean call?, what is that? Call who? Why?”

Yeah. That's for the old garage, and you pulled that info from the BLT site not the actual garage website, which is managed by LAZ not BLT nor the city.

I'm specifically asking about the new garage and permits for that. If you have any helpful info I would be glad to learn it.

Lastly, there's no need to resort to generational insults either, especially as you got the information wrong anyway.

Did you try to contact the Stamford Transportation Department? Here is the overall number and website. On the website there are people you can e-mail.

Try this one from Stamford.gov

"Train Station Commuter Parking Lots

The City of Stamford manages the Glenbrook and Springdale Train Station Parking lots which are permit and daily parking lots.

The main Stamford Train Station is not managed by the City of Stamford. For more information, please call (203) 327-7998."
