2010 to 2019 here's the cities with the most and lowest amount of immigrants
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/othe...ubs/ar-AAKp0xD

Hartford up 3.4% and that sounds good...kinda but other metros have had ten times if not 15 times as many. Further north in Springfield it's in the negative so it's probably regional in western new england and so is Poughkeepsie NY.

So were the other cities all coastal? Hardly. Des Moines, Columbus, Cincinnati, Louisville KY...

They are just like Americans born here. If they think they can have a better life, find work, not be priced out of housing and grab a piece of the American Dream they will got to those places.

Puerto Ricans are not immigrants, they are already US citizens as it is part of the USA.

I agree, but there seems to be a trend to muddy the waters a bit on this. See the use of the term "brown" to refer to Latinos as a whole, whether they be black, white, indigenous or a mix. Like black and white, it has a racial connotation to it, even though that is not the case.

Yes you are correct. Doesn't change what happened in Kissimmee though.
Internal immigration then?

I wasn't saying that in a good or bad way, was just noting. And I don't disagree with them....contrary to popular belief and stereotype, people from Puerto Rico and Cuba come in every color......even (since it has even more of a stereotype) Mexico for that matter.....not to start getting into this but just as an example actress Rita Moreno has had many roles in her career where she plays a non-Latina white person....the old Jewish mother in the TV show "Happily Divorced" comes to mind.
