Yeah but the unit prices aren’t bad for Fairfield County. I’m not even sure the total taxes are that bad but with the HOA fees, it does get up there. Still it’s a beautiful complex. Might be worth considering. Jay

Generally I would tend to argue that commercially zoned areas are much more apt to have water and sewer.

Density drives it (which usually coincides with commercial presence)
