We've had a fair amount of rain and I tend to look under mat to see if there's worms so I did a few weeks ago. But then I noticed these worms really weren't moving the way how I thought they moved. They thrash around. I took a look and apparently there's a type of an invasive species in the state called the wiggle worm. They leave behind casings in the dirt that look like coffee and make it harder to grow things. I think I found this in my side yard.

Now I don't plan to have a garden now but this certainly played into any plans I had for the future. A neighbor of mine is also seen them. Has anybody here seen them and tried to grow a garden?
