On any given year I buy many books in English and Spanish. When I buy books such as biographies, history aspects, etc of the United States, I always get the English version if it's available in more than one language. The notion is that books published by Americans will be in first English, so given that is the language the original edition is in I prefer to get the English version.

Lately, I have bought many books about different aspects of the Dominican Republic (in that case I always get the Spanish version for the same reason) and I notice this on the final page of the book.

A few minutes ago I took this photo of one of the books about the DR.

This appears so often but never of the actual company that print the books. It's not the publishers of the books, because some are published by independent authors and others by Dominican publishing houses and this varies from book to book. What doesn't change is what is shown in the photo. Also, regardless if the book is in English or Spanish, this is always in English.

What company is printing books in North Haven?

Are the books actually printed in Connecticut or are they printed somewhere else for whatever CT company prints them?

Other companies in Connecticut also print books?

Needless to say, I actually like seeing this. CT is definitely one of the places I like to give business to since I think that's a small support of demand for the state's economy. But it's driving me crazy to not know what company is printing the books except it's in North Haven, CT.
