$2500 GayCoupleLkg4 House rent w/poss opt (Fairfield 2 Greenwich(Train Line)


We are looking for a rent with possible option no more then 2500 per month. We are accustomed to nice things and living conditions. With us comes a 7-year-old Shih Tzu who is loving, well liked and fully house broken and we always curb our dog. Ideally the house should be walking distance to train station as one of us works in Manhattan close to Metro North train line is best!

We have a combined income of well over 6 figures, good credit and awesome references.

We know it’s too soon to explore but our lease will end in SEPTEMBER. If you are having trouble selling your new house why not have a secure deal. Let’s talk about it and work it out we are flexible and easy going but cautious.

Some criteria but not limited to: 2 Bedrooms, at least approx 1200 sq ft, fenced in yard would be a plus (let our dog run around), the newer or older renovated also a plus. We are not looking to exceed 2500 per month the house value to be a gauge to the monthly rent (again this can be negotiated). We have always lived in new or fully renovated so its what we like and are use too. We are not looking for a sharing option with others just our own place.

Currently we live in Hoboken, NJ so we can start by seeing pictures and hearing details of the property then setting up time to meet in person.
