I ordered an OREI portable DVD player for my daughter to play Baby Einstein DVD's for my grandson.
It works great but she has misplaced the charging cable used in regular electric outlet--
she has the car charger...
I ordered from Amazon several months ago but there is no specific power cord listed nor any replacement part.
I sent email to the OREI website but don't know how long before I get a reply.
The unit uses a lithium ion battery
This is photo of all the pieces coming with the unit--
http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/image...ontents-lg.jpg

it says it is dual voltage 110/220 charger
anyone have idea of what she could buy to replace it?
I looked at the OREI website but on it about getting replacement for the power cord--or any parts like the remote control or car charger...
Appreciate any help...
too difficult to recharge in car...and don't want to resort to buying another unit...

Go to the Amazon page for the item.

Scroll down to the reviews.

Pick one of the reviews. Preferably a good review

Add a comment and ask them if they will look at the charger and tell you the

Model number (sometimes a Google search using it will work - long shot)
Input value(s)
Output value(s)

Visit a local electronics/electrical shop and ask them if the can match it. You should take the unit with you so they can see the type of plug it takes. They might even test it for you.

As a last resort Radio Shack.
