Easy enough if you can move the Tread and try a different outlet. Otherwise bad bike.

He has done a lot of our electrical work without any issues. I plugged in other devices and they seem to have no problems working. I did use an extension cord and plugged in the treadmill to other outlets and I had the same issue so at this point Im certain its the treadmill. I am returning it for a new one.

Understand something for the future. When you buy consumer products the manufacturer's warranty is repair or replace at the manufacturer's option.

Things do go wrong on brand new items.

Buy from stores or sellers that have a generous exchange policy and be sure you know the terms.
