Hello! it is now 2012 and I have been wondering if anything is happening in Wilder. Unable to reach my contact up there. Got a maintenance fee invoice in the mail from Arbor One Farm Credit. Does anyone know anything about this?

Default Fee for road maintenance?

As of today's date, I have not rec'd any bill for any services up in Wilder Mountain. Thanks for your update. It is important that we all keep each other up to date on what is happening up there. If ANYONE speaks to ANYONE at Arbor One, please tell them that they need to send out notices to ALL owners of land on the mountain, to their 'registered mailing address' with Overton County so we can be informed owners. Thanks

Default As far as I know NOTHING has been done

I spoke to my neighbour who lives next door to my property and I was informed by him that NOTHING has been done to the roads by Arbor One since JJ Detweiller was dropped, as of January 2012.

If people are receiving invoices, please be careful that scammers are not sending the invoices and that these invoices are, in fact, being sent from Arbor One.

I would suggest that if ANYONE speaks to anyone at Arbor One that you inform them that they MUST keep property owners informed (even if it is in newsletter form on the internet) as to WHAT their plans are and what they are doing for Wilder Mountain property.

THANKS for your update, and please encourage Wilder Mountain owners to keep each other informed.

Default Any Wilder updates

Just wondering if anyone has been up to Wilder lately, and if anything is different since the last posting here. I was there approx. 2 years ago and it still looks desolate besides the few people living there.

Last March 2017 I had email correspondence with K. Rocha, a real estate agent who lives up on the mountain. She said Deloy had the maintenance contract and that the roads are in better shape than that have ever been. Only 12 fulltime families up there as of last year.

The history of Wilder is interesting. Take a minute and research it.
