Why would you buy and not know what the weather is like at a certain time? Seems like you were either pressured to buy during that free trip or/and you didn't do your research.

We've been to East Tn in the mountains/Gatlinburg area in March with lows in 30's highs in the 60's, July lows in 60's, highs in 80's and October lows in 50's, highs in the 60 - 70's if that helps any. Not sure where Hawks Bluff is though in comparison to Gatlinburg. Chilly enough to wear a jacket in the morning but come afternoon just a sweater needed. I'm from FL so my comfort temp range is only 5 degrees from 70. I'll have to adjust back to my younger days when walking 2 miles to school in 20 and 30's was the norm and when 40 degrees was a nice warm day.

According to the Weather Channel's Web site, here are the averages for Spencer, Tenn., near Hawks Bluff.

October: Average high 71, average low 44, 3.47 inches of precipitation.

November: Average high 60, average low 36, 4.87 inches of precipitation.

Thank you all for going through the trouble for me I didnt think of the weather channel. I love cool in the am and pm. Fl is so hot and muggy. There are alot of good points. Just a little tired of it all after 40 years. Thanks again

I'm not buying this. linda124 has been posting since last September. All of her posts relate to Hawk's Bluff. She said she purchased in September in phase 2 and then bought in phase 5.

This is how they kept the last thread going for at least a year. That one got closed and they are starting this stuff up again.

Ask about a map. Ask about the weather.

Talk about lots.

Even Tellico Village doesn't pull this stunt.

Default Stunt?

I thought thats what this forum was for to meet people and try to get info on an area. Sorry you think I am pulling a stunt. Why are you writing as if I am not going to read this. I guess I dont understand what this forum is for. Thank you to all who answered me. I feel sad that some people can be so mean. I thought florida was only this way seems like tennessee had a lot more friendly people...... Tell me what Im supposed to talk about here.
