Default Surgery to Stabilize C3 - C4!
It appears she had surgery yesterday as the neurosurgery team could finally get things aligned and stable enough to go to take her to surgery.

Just so everyone is clear, these would be the top third - fourth vertebrae of the spine. Much higher and this wouldn't be written this way.
