Those two imposters with stolen passport were travelling to Amsterdam and Beijing was their transit stop to change flights. So this explains no need for China visa. Their European passport means no visa for Amsterdam (Netherlands) either. So they bypassed Visa requirements.

Also, let's assume this was a terrorist incident. Could there have been smuggled and/or valuable cargo onboard that incited the need for this incident?

What if it were the passengers who were deemed valuable? Could the 20 employees onboard from "Freescale Semiconductor" been targets because they hold intellectual and proprietary knowledge about a piece of technology?

One of the Malaysian officials said the authorities were not ruling out Uighur involvement in the jet's disappearance, noting that Uighurs were deported to China from Malaysia in 2011 and 2012 for carrying false passports.

Why fly relatives to undisclosed location? This is becoming weird every day now.
Perhaps for privacy reasons. I am horrified by the news cameras filming the relatives and their reactions in such a tragic time in their lives. Leave them alone.

I can't imagine asking relatives of those who likely went down in a plane crash to themselves get on a plane! Maybe that's my own anxiety speaking, but that seems terrifying!

The real question is : was there someone or something onboard that someone else wanted killed or destroyed? Too many unanswered questions and lack of info to even speculate what happened. The Triple 7 is an excellent airplane with a near perfect safety record and it doesn’t just “fall out of the sky”! Depending on exactly where it went down, we may never know what really happened.

They say it just dissapeared @ 35,000!! -- If thats true they might have hit a porthole! (Time doorway) Someone on another site was wondering this!!

Its very strange: It was flight 370 on 37 (March 7th) traveling on a 3700 kilometer trip!!!

I have read one of the relatives of someone on board TRIED TO CALL HER RELATIVE'S MOBILE # AND IT RANG!!!!!! (If it was really @ the bottom of the ocean it wouldnt have worked) -- VERY STRANGE!!
