No; just two more young violent people. Happens daily just not in 5's so much.
Pro gun or not, are people at least willing to admit being armed doesn't improve your chances of survival when someone has the drop on you? Just as I'm sure pro gun people are sick of hearing how gun ownership promotes violence, I'm just as sick of hearing how gun ownership saves lives.

Ok, let me understand this. Are you saying that since you can't protect yourself when you are ambushed and shot from behind, you can't protect yourself with a gun period?
You see, I can find plenty of instances when cops were able to protect themselves by having guns. Are you saying that isn't true? If not, what are you saying?

He saying that being armed doesn't always mean you're protected. I realize comprehension is an issue for you to understand a simple premise. How did these officers having firearms help them?
The third man who was killed at Wal-Mart was armed and confronted the gunman, did not realize there was a second armed accomplice and got killed by the wife. Two trained police officers and one armed civilian were unable to stop a shooting rampage. And the NRA's "solution" is that more civilians should be armed.
Hey let's arm everyone and have Mexican standoffs, or watch the police play the ever fun game of "Who's the Gunman?"
Let's make sure that next time 5 people are armed so they can all take out the gunman and maybe a few innocent bystanders.....

The sad reality is some people are weak minded enough to believe the extremism. Tell a lie enough and it's perceived as truth. Media should be held accountable!
there hasn't been much info released regarding the circumstances involving the murder of the civillian but it sounds as if Joseph Robert Wilcox, posessing a CCW permit, was detaining the male shooter (at gunpoint?) when the woman shooter (pushing a shopping cart) came up behind him and shot Mr Wilcox. Reported that Wilcox never fired his weapon.
fwiw, haven't seen any of this on any of the Nat'l media sites.
AH, now it makes sense. Good guy with gun stopped bad guy with gun, but was trumped by bad girl with gun.
