Where does it say he is being raised without a father? Are young men raised with their fathers non-violent?

Yes, with or without a father, the home culture is what's wrong with this boy. He was never taught the honor of learning and the need for respect toward others. And this kid, his family and his whole "community" will be up in arms when a policeman finally teaches him some respect.

I agree with Penny... One day he'll get blasted and no one in his circle could have seen it coming.

What a tough guy against a 62-year old.

Guessing he's in for a lot of fun at alternative school after getting expelled.

He can show off his toughness.

He's been charged with assault as well.

So many kids have zero respect for anything now a days. I hope they do charge that kid for assaulting the teacher. He needs to be taught a lesson about life never mind physics.
What that kid/bully needs is an intervention and a trip to a local prison like on that "Scared Straight" TV show. There are so many kids on that show that have anger issues and have beat up on other kids, their parents and teachers.

Sadly the kid will probably get a slap on the wrist and not be allowed back into the regular school, will drop out of the school program for troubled kids, will turn to the streets and meet his end at a fellow punks gun or end up in prison.

I'd guess that the stats for kids that wind up in NJ's "alternate" schools are even more grim than the ones attending regular NJ schools.

Let's be honest here folks.

If I were to bet you $100 the kid lacks a father figure in his life, how many of you would take that bet?

It's probably 4-1 against (or worse)

A similar incident happened locally, and somebody video'd the "fight". The kid can be clearly hard saying, "Give me your best shot, Old Man." Unfortunately, the teacher snapped and chased the kid to the back of the room, and a bunch of students held him back. They really loved their teacher, but it didn't save him from getting fired.

The little punk had been a bully for years, in & out of alternatiuve schools, his entire family has been in & out of jail, and his parents were even on TV saying how proud they were of him being a bully.

A fine young product of our public school system. Gotta love how his peers stand by smiling while ol' teach gets a nice slam. This video reminds me of the 300 pound animal that assaulted his old lady teacher for taking his cell phone (look it up).

I don't know anything about this school, but mad respect for white teachers that try to teach in minority schools. I'd be out to the country so fast my desk would spin.
