Wow- I love stories like these- generosity without strings attached.... very heart warming! I can only imagine what a life-changing event this has been for the waiter. He is now going to be able to smile freely without worrying about being judged for his bad teeth, and I bet that he will be doing a lot of that now.

You know, I've read other stories like this where it's more of a long-time friend or something like this. The fact that this is a stranger that changed someone's life (and according to the story, this isn't the first time) makes it that much more special.

What would make it really special is if the fellow with the dental trouble was able to just walk into a medical facility and get his medical issues fixed without being forced to beg for money.
