Well, former D.C. Mayor For Life Marion Barry set the bar pretty high when he refused to pay taxes for at least 5-6 years. His excuse was "medical reasons," and "lack of communication" with the IRS. Sharpton is going to have to work hard dodging the IRS to top that.
