What you said fits the legal criteria for 3rd degree rape. (not 1st or 2nd degree)
Guys get convicted of 3rd degree rape for situations like this case all of the time. And even without a legal statutory issue, 15 years old is really young.
But yeah. He met the criteria for 3rd degree rape. If his parents were not wealthy he would already be in prison.

So let me get this straight. She texted him and told him he wasn't bad himself and later tells her mom she was raped? Something us fishy about this whole thing.
I sounds like mom found out she was having sex at boarding school and she panicked and said she was raped. She also called him an angel and gem in text messages after he "raped" her.

Case over. The prosecution rested after admitting that the lab found no trace of his semen in rape girl's underwear. They did, however, find his dna on them along with the dna of many other people! So that confirms that he did "stuff" but they never had sex and apparently he was not the first one in those panties.

They demand at least a hundred witnesses to the "so called rape" and even then don't believe rape actually happens. According to MJJersy, this latest false accuser must have had men lined up all day based on "evidence" found in her underwear.. The only boy on campus who didn't have sex with her was Owen... yep, cause he was inspired by God not too. Geez...

I'm just saying what the evidence shows. I know people want to believe the "victim" even when the DNA and forensic evidence say otherwise.
