Two television entrepreneurs in California think they have just what America needs: a 24-hour shopping channel for guns.
Using the tag line “Live Shopping. Fully Loaded,†GunTV aims to take the QVC approach of peppy hosts pitching blenders and face-firming lotions and adapt it to the sale of “a vast array of firearms,†as well as related items like bullets, holsters and two-way radios.
Awesome!! CA has placed so many stupid restrictions on gun manufacturers in this state, that it's impossible to purchase many brands of hand guns at local gun stores. Wonderful to see another outlet for to meet consumer needs. I wonder if these channels will offer other gun related accessories like holsters and purses designed for conceal carry?
I know. My two on duty weapons. Now I want a great concealed carry weapon. Ruger or a baby glock.
I have a Walther PPQ 9mm that is awesome. I got rid of my Glock 17 because the double stack magazine made the grip too big for my little lady hand (). The PPQ is a single stack, so the grip is smaller and the conceal carry imprint is better. The PPQ also has the safety in the trigger, so, like the Glock, the trigger action releases the safety. Also, as a lefty, I love that the PPQ has a magazine release on both sides of the slide. That may be a feature of all Walthers, since my hubby has a little Walther .22 for plinking and it also has ambi mag releases.
Love, love, love my PPQ, except whenever I tell someone they always try and correct me that it's a PPK. But it's not.

Thanks for sharing this information!
Those restrictions will stand. As has already been noted, guns purchased through this home shopping channel must still be sent to a legal, licensed gun dealer in the state of the buyer's residence, and the buyer must still purchase them in person, going through all the same background checks.
If the type of gun is not permitted in that state, the dealer will still not be able to deliver it to the buyer (and likely, the shopping channel store won't ship it to that address).
I hope her kids don't end up killing themselves when she leaves the gun laying around.
I love how anti-gun liberals are always projecting their negligence and lack of gun safety education onto responsible gun owners.
