Good call by the Grand Jury. Her family should have bailed her out.

They must have been fed up with her bad behavior.

Tragic..we deal with the mentally ill all the time..sometimes people bent on self destructive behavior are successful...she was...

I wonder how many will remember the original thread where police were once again judged guilty of something long before the evidence was in...

Not many...I doubt any of the haters will come forward and say...oops... I was wrong again

I don't forget

I'm still trying to figure out what the big deal was to begin with.
She got pulled over.
Hit a cop.
Got thrown in jail.
Killed herself.
End of story.

Oh, I forgot about the part about her being black.

The street named after her in Prairie View, Texas will still keep the name "Sandra Bland Parkway". That should have never happened.

The only reason this case came to light again is because her parents realized that they didn't get a payout like Gray's family and McDonald's family.

Default Grand jury declines charges in Sandra Bland case

Family of Woman Who Died in Texas Jail Disappointed in Decision - WSJ

No charges will be brought in the case of Sandra Bland, who was jailed for 3 days after failing to use a turn signal and then back talking a cop who used excessive force. She was found dead in her jail cell, it was ruled a suicide.

I'm middle of the road on police shootings in general, I'm shocked that this case has been totally dismissed. I watched the video and the cop used excessive force. Then she was jailed for back talking for days, she should have not been in jail at all. Some people think she was murdered in prison, I believe she committed suicide but I still see gross injustice.
