The first civil rights lawsuit has been filed in Waco regarding the police massacre and mass arrests that followed. Any reasonable person can expect many more to come. Copying and pasting what's below will take you to the suit.
Also, if I understand it right (and I'm not saying I do), it sounds like by Texas civil forfeiture laws they may be able to start auctioning off seized bikes and vehicles before owners are convicted of anything, or even have had their first day in court.
