Sounds fair to me.

Calling someone ugly as part of a comedy skit, isn't a freedom of speech issue.

Yes me, If it concerns someone making money by publicly calling me ugly, then I will decide, either through the courts, or with a baseball bat.

A baseball bat may be going too far. Had it been my kid I would have been on stage telling this guy off and putting on a real show.

Ah yes, exactly what the Founding Fathers fought so hard for. I'm sure they would be overjoyed to hear that people are using their freedom of speech to make fun of a child's genetic disease and asking why a child with this genetic disease just won't die already. Thanks George Washington!
