I really cant believe race is being brought into this. This has nothing to do with race, or equal hiring practices. Houston has demographics of more then 25% of the people being african american

OF COURSE they would be employing african americans. But that doesn't mean their pool of applicants means they have to hire under qualified people. 1/4 of the population of a 2 million strong city is african american!!
I can not believe some people went down this road.
