let's not get too proud of our demographics when 10% of the kids (and one in five girls) in this country are sexually assaulted - 75% of whom are assaulted by somebody they know.

I am talking about children and abusers in this country. Specifically, talking from my experience, the jurisdiction in which I have worked.
Well just speak to what you know in your jurisdiction (where you live). It's clearly not a good representation of the entire US. Let's not forget that in the US we still find those cultures who hold dear their traditions from home. So, there's that.....
There is absolutely nothing right about this situation. The ultimate victim is the child who is inbred, adopted out, etc. The second ultimate victim (and most emotionally impacted should she find out) is the girl. The uncle should be castrated and cast out. As our dear leader might say, "bad."
The ten year old here is the victim.. first and foremost, the one who has been through so much... it says the uncle has been arrested, but wont hold my breath on what happens to the beast... its his head needs cut off not his penis..his head is the part thats sick... and cutting off other regions wont take that away..
Because they have a very traditionally-minded culture, kind of like what the USA had before we knew any better.

Okay...so at what point does abortion become infanticide? This girl didn't even know she was pregnant and still doesn't because her parents told her some **** and bull story about a stone in her stomach. For whatever reason they didn't go to the doctor until 26 weeks...
