It doesn't really look like a penis. Just bare pavement that hasn't been snowed on.

Yes, it's hard to believe it. But people really do suck this bad.

And THIS is why I don't live in a home where there's an HOA! I would surely have gotten a citation or nasty letter if someone had seen my 6ft snow penis I made in my yard! It was too hard to make a snow man, so I did the best part of one!

Coming from Northern Wisconsin, I've seen a lot of weird snow-stuff. There is a possible explanation for this. If a car parked on an asphalt parking lot on a warm day, and the temperature suddenly dropped, the surface could have cooled below freezing while the body of the car sheltered the portion underneath it. Car leaves, snow starts falling, everything that falls where the car was melts.

It would require a series of several unlikely coincidences, but it is theoretically possible.

See, I think that’s a little messed up if you really did that. I can’t imagine your neighbors, especially any elderly ones and those with kids, were thrilled to have a 6 foot penis on display.

This may be the stupidest thing I’ve read in some time. The hoa and neighbors who reported it are idiots with too much time on their hands.

I’d tell them to go sit on my dry spot and f themselves.

Looks more like a fire hydrant. Totally ridiculous....and whom ever has that much time on their hands needs to find something more productive to do with it.
